This request is for Brinecia. She is experiencing some anxiety and depression. Brinecia has expressed great interest in yoga classes and volunteering as a mode of self-help. She has scheduled some meditation classes but would love to be able to try out yoga.
Brinecia is 24 years old and lives in NJ
Neci is a hardworking young lady, who worked super hard to secure placement in the transitional living program. She is incredibly resourceful and intelligent. Neci loves to read, try new food and spend time with close friends. She works full time and dreams of becoming a cosmetologist.
