Dream Fantasea Mermaid Tail for Sarah who calms her anxiety by feeling part of the ocean
Posted Feb 24, 2020
Sarah is 17 and is incredibly hopeful that her current foster family will be her forever family. She has always had a very hard time with the transitions between foster homes, and found that her anxiety always spiked anytime there was a move in her life. Unfortunately, in foster care, those moves came all too often. During a move a few years ago, Sarah received a mermaid tail and decided that she would focus on this tail as a coping mechanism to help her calm her anxiety. The tail really brought her so much comfort and it stayed with her and helped her grow a passion for the water and all of the animals in the ocean. Sarah's mermaid tail finally fell apart and she misses it terribly. Her anxiety is skyrocketing now that she doesn't have her tail to focus on. She is making a wish for a new tail - her absolute dream tail - with a pack of monofins that can be added to the tail.
