Dylon has recently started volunteering at a nearby library, as he enjoys reading and writing. He has expressed that he wishes for a bike so he can begin to practice a bit of independence in transporting himself. He is also asking for a chain lock to secure his bike from being stolen. This wish being granted will assist this youth in feeling more independent and self-sufficient.
