A Graduation Gift to Celebrate Mia's huge accomplishment

Posted Apr 28, 2020
Mia is a young mom in foster care with a beautiful 11 month old daughter. Despite becoming pregnant, having a child, multiple placement moves and other obstacles, Mia completed her high school education and received her diploma this Spring. She is so proud of her accomplishment and wants to be a good role model for her little girl. She has plans to go to technical school so she can build a strong and stable life for her and her little girl. We want to celebrate Mia reaching her big educational goal.

Mia is 24 years old and lives in GA

Mia is a happy young mom whose laughter brings a smile to everyone’s face. Her goal is to obtain her associates degree in computer science, and to volunteer at Atlanta’s Homeless Shelter to work with children ages 5 and below. Mia has a strong work ethic and considers herself a self-starter. It appears that Mia’s determination to complete her goals will surely pay off in the future.
