CASA NJ - Monmouth CountyNick is a very resilient young man. He was removed from his mothers care and placed in foster care in 2017. Sadly, while in foster care awaiting to be returned to his mother, she had passed away due to a drug overdose. Nick is now living with a friend and is doing his very best to get by. Nick will be in the system until he ages out at 21 years old. Nick has dreams to go to college to be a Neurologist. He is a very bright young man, but sometimes doubts his potential and needs all the support he can get!
With not being in school and out of work due to the current pandemic, Nick is struggling to manage eating enough meals throughout the day. A gift card for him to purchase food and stock up on essentials will be a huge relief during this time of stress.
