Da’liejah has recently secured her own apartment and is in need of assistance in stocking her apartment with necessary items to make her new place home.
Da'liejah is 24 years old and lives in NJ
Da'liejah is a single mother who will soon be aging out of the foster care system. Da'liejah and her daughter are transitioning into an independent living. Due to a lack of natural supports, Da'liejah has utilized the support of community resources to assist her with her transition into independent living. Da'liejah has hopes of getting back into school, but most recently has obtained her SORA license and has found temporary jobs doing security.
