A Laptop to help Phoenix complete his GED

Phoenix would like to obtain a laptop in order to continue classes to pursue his GED. Due to COVID-19 many libraries are closed, and he has been unable to work to save enough money to purchase his own laptop. Thus making it impossible to gain access to a computer to complete classes to obtain his GED.

Phoenix is a charismatic young man who is optimistic about his future. Phoenix came into care at the age of 16 after the passing of his mother. He has experienced many challenges coping with the death of his mom, that have resulted in multiple residential placements and severe disruption of his education. Despite the challenges, Phoenix continued to be optimistic about his future and is now placed in a home environment and is working to improve his education by obtaining his GED.
