A tablet for Mohammed for remote learning

Mohammed is now in Kindergarten and has had to do distance/online learning due to COVID-19. The school reported that Mohammed has not turned in any assignments. Foster mother reported that Mohammed's tablet had been broken and has been unable to turn in assignments. He really needs a new device so he can catch up with school.
Mohammed is 9 years old and lives in CA
Mohammed is a sweet, thoughtful, and hyper boy. Mohammed lives with his younger sister, maternal grandmother, maternal grandfather, and minor maternal aunt. His teacher reports that Mohammed is academically her strongest student but his behaviors have been affected by what he witnessed in the home of his parents. A licensed psychologist diagnosed Mohammed with ADHD and articulation disorder. Despite the trauma Mohammed has witnessed, heis moving forward and his behaviors have decreased that his current therapist has explored discharging him. Mohammed has a lot of high energy and is happiest playing his video games or doing any sort of physical activity.
