A Dress for Carla to wear this summer

Carla wishes for a cute summer dress to wear to church and to appointments. This will give her a fresh stylish summer look that she will feel great in. She is not use to getting new clothing and has generally got hand me downs in the past. Having her very own wardrobe that she has picked out and shopped for would mean so much to her.
Carla is 17 years old and lives in NC
Carla loves dancing, dressing up, and singing in her room. Her favorite colors are green and purple. Carla is an excellent student and loves helping with younger children. She is still adjusting to foster care; but is feeling relieved to be safe.
