New Sneakers for Gray to help him be independent

Gray wishes for a pair of sneakers he can put on and off by himself. This will help him become more independent an allow him to dress himself. He has never been taught to tie shoestrings and he is trying hard to learn but is struggling. He currently only has a pair of high tops he came into care with and has a very difficult time getting them off and on because they are so bulky feeling to him.
Gray is 11 years old and lives in NC
Gray recently entered foster care and is adjusting to his new home. He loves action figures, video games, and his favorite color is green. Gray is having a difficult time with the uncertainty of foster care, but he hopes to be reunited with his family soon.
