Foster Parent Association of WilkesSamantha has grown into a gracious young lady since entering foster care. Previously, she faced severe neglect and trauma that felt overwhelming. Now, she maintains a positive outlook on life and looks forward to each day. She enjoys being herself and feels comfortable in her own room. Samantha also loves arts and crafts, which allow her to express her creativity and serve as effective coping skills.
Samantha wishes for a Lanyard that will match her backpack to hook her mask to. This will keep her from loosing her mask that she’s required to wear at school. Due to COVID-19 she is required to wear a mask all day at school and in all public places.
