A Laptop for Anthony to be able to do remote learning

Anthony is upset that his mother has chosen for him to do all remote learning as he wants to go back to school; however there is an infant in the home and the mother is worried that he will bring the virus home. The mother is currently living off of her unemployment and is hopeful to be back to work in the next few months. Anthony's birthday is in August and a laptop would be a great birthday present for him and a necessity for remote learning.
Anthony is 16 years old and lives in NJ
Anthony is in the band at school and loves playing and practicing with his friends. He loves to read and is in the top of his class at school.
