Kamani is a fun boisterous young lady. She is really involved in her choir at school, theater clubs and productions, and her high school marching band and color guard. She is a spunky girl with a lot of personality and is looking forward to college in a couple of years. She has a fantastic goal of going to college to study biology and genetics, she someday hopes to work in genetics or as a high school science teacher.

Kamani has been working on her independent living skills, and that includes cooking and baking. She has found that she loves to cook and it's a huge stress reliever in her life. She is wanting a mixer to add to her arsenal of kitchen tools. She will be aging out of foster care soon, and would like help with this mixer before her birthday.
