TX DFPS - Harris CountyLilian is an incredible young woman. She has been experiencing some stress due to the many changes in her life, but she is excited about the new beginnings ahead. Lilian loves spending time with her family and is a warm, affectionate person. At first, she may seem quiet when you meet her, but once she gets to know you, she becomes very talkative and loving.
Due to COVID-19, Lilliian is having to complete her school assignments online. This is a difficult task without the use of a laptop. Unfortunately her school district did not have laptops to give out to all students, so Lillian has been trying to utilize her tiny phone to complete assignments. She would love to have a laptop of her own to complete her work.
