Nellie is quite limited in her communication due to having cerebral palsy, however, she can communicate some, and has shared often that she loves the movie Frozen. Since she is in a wheelchair, it can be helpful to have a cover to throw over her legs.
Nellie is 17 years old and lives in IN
Nellie is a pleasure to be around and is always thinking of others. She enjoys watching TEENNick TV, Frozen, wearing hair bows, and feeling pretty. Nellie has cerebral palsy and spends much of her time in a wheelchair. She has twin older sisters who dote on her and will forever be watching out for her. The sisters are so exceptionally bonded that they have spent years in foster care waiting for the right family because they are determined to stick together.
