Carroll County Department of Social ServicesAbby entered foster care with her brother and fortunately they were placed together so she continues to take on the maternal role for her brother. In addition to her one brother, Abby also has 2 other siblings who are also in foster care. Abby is super sweet and is always willing to help out in any way she can. She is also very dedicated to her school work and prides herself on getting good grades.
Abby used to teach her nieces and nephews how to ride a hoverboard when she was home. She would love a hoverboard to bring back some missed memories as well as to have a ton of fun outside with!
