Foster Parent Association of WilkesHailey is a happy, bubbly person who enjoys spending time with her sister and friends. She was in foster care and loves getting to connect more with her birth mom. She is also a big animal lover and has many pets. Animals comfort her, and she feels like they understand her. Hailey has had some medical challenges and is learning how to manage them. She is growing and maturing, thinking about what she wants to accomplish in the future.
Hailey has really frizzy hair and she has been learning new techniques to get her hair to lay flat. She found this amazing straightening brush that will be a game changer for her hair! It will allow her to straighten it and be confident when she walks through the doors of her school. At this age she is particularly interested in making sure she looks good and this will make managing her hair so much easier!
