Joel is a happy and energetic boy who loves to play with his Power Ranger toys. Fortunately, this is the only foster home Joel has every been in. Joel has a half-sister that he has in person visits with once a month.

Joel is enrolled in Pre-K 3 and is attending remote learning. Joel has speech delays and is doing speech therapy virtually as well. He does not have a remote location in the home to do his schoolwork and he needs a desk and chair to complete his daily schoolwork. Joel loves attending school and his teacher’s report that he is happy and sings the loudest during class. He would be so happy to have a desk of his own to complete his school work and focus during virtual learning.
