He is a cheerful, carefree young man who loves the outdoors, enjoys running, and has a great sense of fun. Kurt enjoys junk food, remote control trucks, and watching cartoons. He previously experienced a failed adoption and has returned to the system.
Kurt wishes for an RC Helicopter to fly outside. This will give Kurt a positive outdoor activity to have fun with. This will keep him busy and out of things he shouldn’t be in. He’s an extremely busy young man and needs lots of positive things to do.
