Foster Parent Association of WilkesDavid is a special guy who has a lot of needs due to abuse and neglect. He has continued therapy and special education. He has come along way since coming into care. His main concern is the deteration and continued loss of his vision. He suffers from PTSD and tries hard to be a normal kid. David loves dogs, socializing with people that understand him, and playing video games.
David would be so grateful for a new pair of sneakers to kick off this new year. He has been in need of a new pair to wear to school so he can feel more comfortable and confident. The shoes he has been wearing are much too small and worn. New shoes would mean the world to David!
