Matthew is as sweet as can be, and he is a healthy, growing baby boy. His parents are teenagers in the foster care system, and they need help to provide Matthew with the essentials needed to take care of a baby. Their little family is hoping to restocking their formula supply. Matthew is already running through his allotted formula and will need more very soon. Matthew's parents are doing their best to provide for him, and any help with his care will mean the world to them and Matthew.

Matthew is a sweet baby boy who loves to spend time with his mom and dad. His parents are both under 15 years old, and they are figuring out how to overcome the many challenges that come along with raising a baby as teens, all while living in different foster homes. They love Matthew so much, and he is happy and healthy as can be!
