Ashely is a young mother who is stressed too often. Being a parent in foster care while also experiencing so many other stressors that come with being a teenager can be very overwhelming. Ashely needs some more self care time where she can focus on helping herself feel good so she is in a better headspace to parent her one-year-old. She wishes for a 24-pack of bath bombs so she can relax in the bath tub once in a while with fun colors and scents.
Ashely is 17 years old and lives in NC
Ashely is in middle school working towards becoming a medical examiner some day. She is very good in school, but has been sidetracked by becoming a teen parent. She doesn't want that to stop her though. She recently came in to care in this area and is working on also being a good parent. She likes watching criminal shows and is definitely a thinker. She is also close to her family. She is working on learning to be a parent (and yet be a teen) which can be very difficult for anyone. She loves talking with people.
