A Catch Game for Ashely to help her stay active

Ashely knows that she needs some extra motivation and support in maintaining a healthy weight. She is trying to exercise more so that she can lose some weight but she has a hard time finding the motivation. She thought that a fun toss and catch game would be an enjoyable activity that would get her on her feet. She'd love to play with her friends and get everyone laughing and jumping around.
Ashely is 17 years old and lives in NC
Ashely is in middle school working towards becoming a medical examiner some day. She is very good in school, but has been sidetracked by becoming a teen parent. She doesn't want that to stop her though. She recently came in to care in this area and is working on also being a good parent. She likes watching criminal shows and is definitely a thinker. She is also close to her family. She is working on learning to be a parent (and yet be a teen) which can be very difficult for anyone. She loves talking with people.
