Marcella is laser focused on getting her GED, and then applying to college to get her Associate's and Bachelor's degrees. With classes at schools moving to a virtual format, Marcella needs a working laptop so she can attend classes and complete her assignments and homework. Marcella recognizes that her education is how she moves out of a desperate cycle of poverty, and she won't let anything stand in the way of her goals.
Marcella is 22 years old and lives in TX
Marcella is a motivated young woman who struggled with mental health issues as a young girl, but has learned how to manage it and is now dealing with her mental health in a positive and productive manner. She is working on herself, and is motivated to break the cycle of poverty. Moving forward, so is focused on her educational goals of getting her GED and applying to college to receive her Bachelor's degree.
