Rae aged out of foster care over 5 years ago and has lived with the couch her foster care agency provided when she left care; never the best quality. However recently it started to deteriorate and break down, and she had to get rid of it. Rae lives in a small space but would like a loveseat so she can comfortably have friends over without sitting on her bed. Please consider helping Rae spruce up her home!
Rae is 30 years old and lives in NY
Rae is a former foster youth who is currently residing on her own in a studio in NYC public housing. Rae was diagnosed with MS a few years ago, and struggles with her health at times. She hopes to work in Human Resources, as she loves helping others and linking people with career opportunities. She advocates for youth in care and sees herself as a 'foster care ambassador'
