A Punching bag for Kurt to relieve some stress

Foster Parent Association of WilkesKurt came into care with nothing, having no shoes and no clean clothes. He is a cheerful, carefree young man who loves the outdoors, enjoys running, and has a great sense of fun. Kurt enjoys junk food, remote control trucks, and watching cartoons. He previously experienced a failed adoption and has returned to the system.
Kurt wishes for a punching bag to help get his frustrations out. Unfortunately, his adoptive placement fell through and this has him really upset. He needs a positive outlet for his stress and anxiety. This type of exercise will help him process what he’s feeling and release some of those negative thoughts and strong emotions.
