Hope is thrilled that community resources have helped her and her baby secure housing recently. This wish is to help her cover essentials such as towels, sheets and basic supplies for her new apartment. She is continuing to work on stability and independence, as she nurtures her son's health and development.
Hope is 22 years old and lives in CT
Hope is a warm, loving, resilient young woman who spent many years in foster care but still worked hard to keep up with her schoolwork and job. She is working hard to balance young motherhood and the completion of her GED. Her baby was born prematurely at 32 weeks and with a cleft palate. Hope is handling being a new mother and all the pressures that come with a child with special needs with grace and strength!
