Hope is a warm, loving, resilient young woman who spent many years in foster care but still worked hard to keep up with her schoolwork and job. She is working hard to balance young motherhood and the completion of her GED. Her baby was born prematurely at 32 weeks and with a cleft palate. Hope is handling being a new mother and all the pressures that come with a child with special needs with grace and strength!
