Jahkwei is currently in the process of completing his application to enroll with Lincoln Technical Institute. He has tried to complete the process via his phone, but he has quickly learned that he needs a laptop to fully complete his enrollment. Jahkwei also meets with his case manager and other support services virtually, and these would be much more productive meetings if he had a laptop. Jahkwei is developing into a wonderful young man who will soon age out of the foster care system. Jahkwei would benefit greatly from having the proper technology at his disposal to research and complete adult tasks.
