A bike for James to ride to summer school

James is an overall good student but had some difficulty this year with learning math in the hybrid learning environment. He is attending a summer learning academy at school to help him catch up in math and learn new skills. He walks to school for the program and would love a bike so he can ride there instead.
James is 18 years old and lives in NJ
James is an outgoing and friendly teen. He enjoys playing sports and especially loves basketball. James said his favorite subject is science. He also enjoys hanging out with his cousins who are his neighbors.
