Charlie and his sister love to be outside whenever possible and fortunately they have a nice backyard to play in. Charlie's daycare has a spinning toy that he loves to play with and would be overjoyed to be surprised for one he can use at home on hot or rainy days when they cannot go outside.
Charlie is 6 years old and lives in NJ
Charlie is a funny little guy with a lovable personality. Charlie is thriving being around other children and learning from them. He is in a loving foster home, and his foster parents enjoy taking Charlie and his sister to different activities where they can meet new friends.
