VA DSS - Chesapeake City CountyAlan is a smart and helpful young man. He was placed in foster care at the age of 2. Alan loves to play basketball and ride his bike. He has over come many obstacles and continues to be loving.
Alan loves to skateboard and recently broke his old skateboard. Alan loves to ride to the local park with his friends but has no skateboard now. He would love to pick out a new board so he can get back to skating with his friends and having a great time this summer.
