A Greater HopeRafael is a very sweet child who loves to have fun. Unfortunately he has been moving from home to home and has not had an established placement in some time. Rafael has endured an abundance of trauma from his parents abandoning him and as a result he is not on track developmentally with other kids his age. Rafael is relieved to finally be in a foster home that is providing him with love, nurture, and affection. He hopes he can thrive in this new environment.
Rafael's Birthday is coming up!! Rafael and his foster brothers are working on building relationships with one another. What better way for boys to bond than over rides, games, and food in a celebratory fashion! Rafael would love to have a pass to Universal Studios to enjoy adventures with his brothers all year long. They will make beautiful memories that they will look back on fondly for years to come.
