Elijah wishes to participate in extracurricular activities and his school has identified a soccer program that would be a great fit for him. The registration fee is a one time fee and includes a full set of uniforms. Elijah struggles with behaviors at home and in school. When he has something to look forward to, an incentive, or some way to stay active, this helps with his behaviors. Elijah loves soccer and would benefit from being able to learn structure, self-confidence, and team work with this extracurricular activity.

Elijah is funny, creative, and loves Spiderman. He is an active child who is always on the go. He is kind-hearted and full of life. Elijah is currently struggling with behavior issues and likes to explore different outlets for his tireless energy. Since starting in his program he has shown amazing improvement in his behavior both at school and at home.
