Foster Parent Association of WilkesTara entered foster care when she was younger and was part of a large sibling group. Unfortunately, most of the siblings were separated. She has recently transitioned to independent living and tries to stay in touch with her siblings as much as possible. Despite her challenges, Tara has a lot of energy and a vibrant personality, which makes her unique and wonderful. She enjoys art, music, and going to the movies. Tara loves being around others and enjoys having conversations with her friends.
Tara wishes for a stylish warm coat to help her prepare for cold weather. This will keep her comfortable and cozy all winter long. She has grown out of last year's coat and this will feel good when she leaves on cold mornings for a long day of school.
