Therapeutic Interagency ProgramWally has a lot of energy and really loves to run. He is very fast! He tries to keep himself under control because he knows it is tricky for his grandma to keep up with him, but he loves when the has the chance to be at school or camp so he can be free!
These really interesting balloons will be such fun for Wally to find under the tree and figure out how to use. These light up balloons are on a stick and will be something he has never seen before!
