Shakiya states she has several items that she needs AAA Batteries for. Unfortunately it seems like everything is dying all at once. Shakiya would love to be able to replace the batteries in her items to ensure they are working appropriately.
Shakiya is 19 years old and lives in NC
Shakiya has been in foster care for just a short while, and loves basketball! She is on her school's girls' basketball team. She is very studious, and knows she has to be to be able to play basketball. She would like to go on to college, but hasn't decided where. She is interested in getting a basketball scholarship to help her through college. Shakiya is friendly and kind, but tends to want to stay out of the drama that she feels others find themselves in. She likes to keep her room neater vs. cluttered, claiming herself a "neat freak".
