To help her cope, she has taken up new hobbies and developed several healthy coping skills. Sam enjoys photography, playing board games, crocheting, baking, and watching television.
Recently, Sam has gained some weight because of the medication she has been on. Her doctor suggested implementing more exercise and healthy eating. She is asking for the Fitbit Sense for her birthday to track her fitness. She also likes that she can listen to her music on it and monitor her sleep. Seeing a visual of her progress will help keep her motivated and interested.
