Carla wishes for a waterproof winter coat that will keep her warm and dry this winter. This will allow her to play in the snow and go outside on very cold days. She is looking forward to a lot of outdoor fun this winter.
Carla is 17 years old and lives in NC
Carla loves dancing, dressing up, and singing in her room. Her favorite colors are green and purple. Carla is an excellent student and loves helping with younger children. She is still adjusting to foster care; but is feeling relieved to be safe.
