Sonia is a delightful and motivated young woman who takes mothering her first son very seriously. Recently, Sonia has been going through many life transitions; she's moved into her first apartment in an unfamiliar New York borough, she is a single mother of a toddler, and she just transitioned out of care. Change is very scary for most, but not Sonia! She is so positive and ready for these changes. She aspires to obtain her GED and find a full time job.

After months of job searching, Sonia finally found a job that she was excited about. She believed she would be able to get into a routine of bringing her son to daycare and going to work, but out of the blue she lost her child care. As a single mother, losing child care meant she could no longer work, which also meant she had less income. While commuting to visit another daycare, her son's only stroller fell apart. This stroller was so helpful for traveling with her toddler, so now she is in need of a new one to continue her quest for a great daycare. Please help Sonia purchase a new stroller!
