Dusty wishes for a new pair of earbuds for Christmas because his current pair is broken from all of his use. Due to his disabilities he heavily relies on these to listen to podcast, books, and music. This helps him face the day and battle stress and challenges in his life. This will replace Dusty’s current earbuds that he had become comfortable with and use to and give him a very similar pair that will feel the same in his ears. This will help him continue to learn in the best way possible that works for him.
Dusty is 21 years old and lives in NC
Dusty is a very special young man that has amazing foster parents. He has overcome so much neglect and abuse from his past and made amazing growth. He still struggles with many things but has learned to take one day at a time. Through the summer months his foster mom takes him to the local library on a regular basis to help him learn to read. He is much more social and can get along with others well. He is a lovely child that just needed that special parent to give him a chance to shine; and he has!
