This is the first time that Hope and her son have had an apartment of their own for Christmas. She would love for them to be able to pick out lights, decorations and a small tree to make their space warm and festive for the holidays. The addition of a Santa or a snowman that sings holiday favorites would absolutely delight her son!
Hope is 22 years old and lives in CT
Hope is a warm, loving, resilient young woman who spent many years in foster care but still worked hard to keep up with her schoolwork and job. She is working hard to balance young motherhood and the completion of her GED. Her baby was born prematurely at 32 weeks and with a cleft palate. Hope is handling being a new mother and all the pressures that come with a child with special needs with grace and strength!
