NJ DCFS - Monmouth CountyHarlow is a sweet baby. She loves the attention of her older brother and loves to clap along to music. Harlow is doing great meeting her milestones. She loves to watch Minnie Mouse on tv and dance along to the music.
Harlow's mother has asked for a Little Tykes car for Harlow for Christmas. She would love to get one with a handle on the back so that she can push her in the car. They enjoy going on walks to the park together and new wheels would make the walks extra fun.
