NJ DCFS - Monmouth CountyHarlow is a sweet baby. She loves the attention of her older brother and loves to clap along to music. Harlow is doing great meeting her milestones. She loves to watch Minnie Mouse on tv and dance along to the music.
Harlow really enjoys playing with the foam blocks her cousin has. She would love to get a set of her own for Christmas. She enjoys stacking the blocks to make tall towers and knocking them down.
