Foster Alumni MentorsSarah is an amazing mom, who was in foster care when she was younger. Despite her upbringing, she has created a beautiful family that she loves and encourages every day. She has the most amazing, beautiful children. Sarah was so thankful to be able to rekindle her relationship with her mom before she passed away. Although the road has been a difficult one, she is thankful for all the lessons she learned when she was younger and all the people who were involved in her life. She hopes to one day go back to college and work towards getting her degree so she can help others and one day be a foster parent, too!
Sarah is preparing for her newborn son to arrive very soon and would love to have a nice swing for him to be soothed by the swaying and nap in. She is so excited to hold him in her arms and wants to make sure he is well loved. Since the passing of her mom, she has been struggling this winter but looking forward to arrival of Elliot has kept her going. Her children are so excited to meet him and can't wait to sing along with the music of the swing while he sways to sleep.
