He has plans to attend one of the top law schools in the nation after graduation. Peter has a funny personality and will engage in any kind of conversation, whether it's about the best boxer in the world, or the most influential philosopher in history.
Peter is wishing for this very special game card as a special holiday treat. Peter is a former foster youth who is working hard as a tutor and as a salesman at an electronics store. He is able to meet his basic needs with these jobs, but he struggles to have enough for fun stuff and so he is wishing for this card to use when he plays Yugi-Oh for relaxation.
