Apartment Essentials for Chante who is trying to recover from an apartment flood

Chante has just recently had a majority of her personal belongings destroyed in a flood. When her basement apartment was flooded, she lost clothes, furniture, and kitchen and bathroom essentials, among other items. She is hoping to go to Target and replace what she can so her apartment can be livable again.
Chante is 24 years old and lives in NJ
Chante has been in the foster system for years. She is a bright young woman who is motivated and currently searching for trade schools that would assist her in broadening her horizons and obtain employment. Chante volunteers part-time for a local food pantry and would like to one day work in a field with children and families.
