Samantha was having a hard time in her school with bullying, therefore she and her mother came up with a Family Plan to have her live with a close family friend for a fresh start. The family she is staying with is not asking for any money from the biological mother however they don’t have any extra money to fully support her either, aside from food. Her mother also does not have a lot of money and Samantha plans on getting a job at the boardwalk this summer, but until then she will be in need of hygiene supplies and other essentials.
