A Sensory Crash Pad for Serenity to safely burn off her energy

Posted Feb 28, 2022
Serenity has significant developmental delays and sensory issues. She has worked with many therapists since birth and they are happy with the positive strides she has been making. A large sensory crash pad would give her the ability to get the sensory input she craves while keeping her safe from injury. She is the youngest in a home of many very active children and she is always trying to keep up with their adventures.

Serenity is 4 years old and lives in IL

Serenity is such a sweet little toddler and loves to climb, give running hugs ( she runs to you full force and gives the best hugs). She loves anything water play and the shower or sink baths gives the so much joy. She just discovered peek-a-boo and thinks that it’s absolutely hilarious. Being held in a carrier is another favorite, she loves touch and deep pressure. She loves to be pushed on our disk swing, she lays down and her big sister pushes her, she prefers to go FAST. Another recent favorite is stuffed animals and baby dolls, she loves to hold and cuddle them.
