Aurora is an incredibly amazing young child currently living in a foster home. Aurora has been in the foster care system twice in her short period of life. Aurora has experienced a great deal of trauma in her young life and has her own disabilities. The full extent of this trauma is unknown. Her trauma manifests a lot within his behaviors, and come out with a high level of sensory seeking behaviors. Aurora is high energy and likes to engage in any type of activity that helps her learn more about the world around her. Her caregivers help Aurora maintain a sense of comfort and safety to help her overcome his past traumatic experiences and are patient in working with her disabilities.

Aurora struggles with sensory needs due to complications that occurred early on in her life and development. Aurora participates in services to help address her sensory needs. Her therapist recommended that a therapeutic swing be used to help her when she has sensory overload.
